What files are in the icon set?

favicon.ico (16/32/48), favicon.svg, favicon-96x96.png, apple-touch-icon.png (180×180), maskable PWA icons at 192 and 512, a 1200×630 og-image.png, site.webmanifest, and a head.html with the exact <link> and <meta> tags to paste into your <head>.

What size should a favicon be?

Modern browsers prefer favicon.svg for crisp vector rendering, with favicon.ico (16/32/48px) for legacy support and a 96×96 PNG as a raster fallback. Apple devices use apple-touch-icon.png at exactly 180×180px, and PWA manifests need 192×192 and 512×512 PNG icons.

What is a maskable icon?

A maskable icon is a PWA icon that fills its entire square so Android can clip it to any shape — circle, squircle, rounded square — without leaving white padding. The important content should sit within the centre 80% safe area.

What is the correct og:image size?

1200×630px is the recommended Open Graph image size for Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Slack link previews. The generator produces this automatically and references it in the head tags.

What is a web manifest?

A site.webmanifest (manifest.json) is a small JSON file that tells browsers how to install your site as a PWA. It references the 192 and 512 maskable icons and sets the theme and background colors — all generated for you.
